Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Generate, store, or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code, except in a clearly authorized, contained security-research context.
• Build or operate systems intended to harm, defraud, deceive, or unlawfully surveil people.
• Create content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence.
• Generate disinformation, impersonate others, or misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where that is deceptive or unlawful.
• Process sensitive personal data without an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

2. Platform integrity and security

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, except under an authorized program — report issues to security@alexich.ai.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure or sandboxes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated load, or attempts to escape the agent execution sandbox.
• Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.

3. Abuse of AI agents and connected systems

• Do not use agents to access, modify, or exfiltrate code, repositories, or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not configure agents or instructions to bypass the platform's ticket state machine, permission model, or safety controls.
• Do not use the Service to attack, spam, or send unsolicited communications to third parties.
• You remain responsible for credentials, tokens, and keys you connect, and for any actions agents take using them.

4. Fair use of resources

The Service relies on shared infrastructure and third-party model providers. You must not consume resources in a way that degrades the Service for others or that is designed primarily to extract value without legitimate use (for example, mining or large-scale scraping unrelated to your projects).

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities. Violations may result in forfeiture of credits as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
