Pay only for what you use
You fund an organization wallet with prepaid credits and spend them as your agent team works — there are no plans or monthly subscriptions. Top up any amount when you need to, and unused credits stay in your wallet.

Credits are priced in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, in your local currency where supported.
Two ways to pay for the model
Platform key
Nothing to set up. Your credits pay for AI model tokens and for infrastructure.
Bring your own Anthropic access
Add your own Anthropic API key or a Claude subscription token. You pay Anthropic directly for tokens; your credits cover only infrastructure.
Keys and tokens can be pooled per project or shared across the organization; the platform rotates between them as their usage windows fill up.
How billing works
Infrastructure by the minute
Every run gets an isolated sandbox. It is billed by wall-clock time, from the moment the sandbox starts until it ends — setup included — and rounded to the second.
Per-project choice
The organization sets a default mode and each project can keep it or override it, so bring-your-own and platform billing can mix inside one workspace.
Spend you can bound
Optional per-run and monthly project budgets cap what agents may spend, and a run stops the moment your wallet can no longer cover it.
Transparent usage
Credit consumption is tracked per run and per project, so you can always see where your wallet balance is going.
The base rate covers up to 2 GB of sandbox memory. Each further GB a run has used adds 50% of the base rate ($0.0072 an hour). Memory pricing applies to infrastructure only, never to tokens.
Common questions
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Credit purchases are one-time top-ups. You are only charged when you choose to add credits.
- What is a credit worth?
- One credit equals one US dollar of platform usage. Each run shows the credits it consumed, so spend is transparent.
- What do model tokens cost with the platform key?
- Anthropic’s list price for the model your agent used, plus the 20% VAT Anthropic charges and a 5% platform fee. With your own key or subscription token you pay Anthropic directly and we charge nothing for tokens.
- Why does memory change the price?
- A larger sandbox takes up more of a server. The rate grows with the most memory a run has used so far, so light runs stay at the base rate and you pay more only once a run actually needs the memory. Each project sets a memory limit that caps how far a run can go.
- Which mode should I choose?
- Use the platform key to start in a minute with nothing to configure. Bring your own key or Claude subscription when you already pay Anthropic and want only the infrastructure on your wallet.
- Which currencies and taxes apply?
- Paddle handles currency conversion and collects any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location, shown at checkout.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
